Customer service at the front desk could improve. there was a noticeable lack of friendliness during check-in. I also noticed the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing. I had to walk a long way to find my room, which can be exhausting. The breakfast options were decent, but I expected more variety for the price. A friend mentioned a similar issue with the food quality in the onsite restaurant. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
