missingWrote a review on Dec 03spacious layoutwell-maintained pooloutdated facilities
The spacious layout of the property offers various unique architectural features. A well-maintained pool creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation after a long journey.
The facilities are outdated with a noticeable lack of cleanliness, including dirty carpets and stains on furniture. Navigating the property can feel like a maze, involving stairs and confusion, which isn't ideal for everyone, especially if you have mobility issues. The dining area was particularly disappointing. we faced delays for breakfast with minimal options available, and the overall dining experience didn't match expectations for a hotel at this price point.

missingWrote a review on Sept 29convenient locationdecent breakfastloud air conditioningunfriendly staffconfusing layout
I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in El Paso and had mixed feelings. The location is convenient with easy access to local restaurants and shops. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep. However, the air conditioning unit was quite loud, making it hard to relax. Customer service at the front desk could improve. there was a noticeable lack of friendliness during check-in. I also noticed the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing. I had to walk a long way to find my room, which can be exhausting. The breakfast options were decent, but I expected more variety for the price. A friend mentioned a similar issue with the food quality in the onsite restaurant. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed visiting the Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino for some live entertainment and then tested our skills at TopGolf nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group getaway.
The front desk staff could be a bit rude, which was disappointing when we requested a receipt upon checkout.

Comfortable and clean bed.
This was an absolute nightmare! The door latches in our room were broken, leaving us feeling unsafe. Not to mention the unbearable smell from the trash piled outside our room! The pool area was disgusting, and it was poorly lit. We paid extra for breakfast, only to wait an eternity for our food and drinks! How can this hotel justify such a lack of attention to detail?

We had a nice stay with my elderly parents. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we loved spending time at the nearby Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino, where my family enjoyed live entertainment and good food. The room was clean and comfortable.
My wife says that the pool was too crowded, making it tough for families with children to enjoy their time together.
